i am tina and i am fron texas usa so i thought i would share a few of our good recieps with yal

 

 

 

RED BEANS AND RICE

 

1 bag of red kidney beans and rice use as much as u will want to eat cook the dry kidney beans for 3 hours with beef sausage and salt .cook the rice seperate then after the beans are soft and the rice is cooked pour the beans with juice and sausage over the rice and eat.o good fast way to eat.

 

 

 

 

BEEF STEAK RICE AND GRAVY

 

get 1 good round steak and rice and onions and salt and

corn starch

 

cook the steak slowly in 3 table spoons of oil when the steak is cooked add the onions to the steak and let cook until yr oinons are brown then get a glass of water add 2 table spoons to 2 cups of water mix really good then pour the mixed water onto the steak cook slow until it makes brown gravy add salt and all the seasons u want then cook the rice and when all the food is ready pour the gravy over the rice and eat!!
